Green Initiatives
Every detail of Trilith is designed with sustainability in mind. 50% of the development is preserved for green space. The pedestrian pathways throughout the community are made with crushed slate to allow for efficient percolation and groundwater flow. Every home is one block from a green space, allowing residents plenty of room to roam.

Smaller Footprint
Perhaps the most important step we take in both our green initiatives and efforts to enable true community is to build our homes smaller and closer together than most of or contemporaries (the McMansions). This approach requires less material to build the homes (did you know construction materials make up 40% of today’s landfills?) and less resources to run them. Plus, with more intimate lot sizes, you’ll have more opportunities to connect with your neighbors.

5k Holiday Hustle
The inaugural 5K Holiday Hustle will be held on Saturday December 14, 2024 at the Town at Trilith. The race will be a vibrant and festive event aimed at bringing the community together for a great cause. This event promises a unique and exciting way to kick off the holiday season, all while supporting Piedmont Cancer Wellness.
Who Can Participate: The event is open to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Runners, walkers, and holiday enthusiasts are all welcome.
Holiday Costumes: Participants are encouraged to dress in festive holiday attire, adding to the joyous atmosphere.
Post-Race Celebrations: After the 5K, there will be a celebration featuring music and activities suitable for all ages, ensuring fun for the entire family.
Health & Wellness Vendor Market: Explore and Shop! Maybe find the prefect Christmas present for the health guru in your family.
Charitable Cause: By participating in the inaugural 5K Holiday Hustle, individuals not only engage in a healthy and festive activity but also contribute to a meaningful cause, supporting the ongoing efforts of Piedmont Cancer Wellness to improve the lives of those affected by cancer.

Light Up Trilith
Join us on November 23, 2024, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Town at Trilith for a magical evening of holiday celebration at the Light Up Trilith event. The festive atmosphere will feature food trucks, live music, and plenty of family-friendly activities for all ages. Make a night of it and add a reservation for dinner before or after the celebration for one of Trilith’s delicious restaurants.
Santa’s Workshop will be open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., offering opportunities to meet Santa, enjoy train rides, write letters to Santa, and participate in bracelet making, ornament painting, face painting, and balloon twisting. For the little ones, gingerbread bounce houses will be available from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Also from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., enjoy a live performance by Studio 27, followed by an exciting performance by The Joe Gransden Big Band and a festive tree lighting ceremony from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Don’t forget to snap a photo with the vintage VW Bus from Roll with Juniper! 180 Pure Home will be offering holiday Jellycat items for purchase. This is the perfect event to get into the holiday spirit, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.
Parking, available on site, and admission are free. Dress for the weather.

Trick or Treat
Get ready for a Spook-tacular Halloween Celebration at Town at Trilith on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024! From 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., we’ll have thrilling activities, exciting contests, and plenty of candy to enjoy.
The festivities kick off with activities like Build-A-Bear, where you can create your own Halloween-themed stuffed animal, and lively tunes from DJ Kate to get you dancing. For those with a creative flair, Savvy Succulents invites you to shop and create a succulent arrangement.
Candy distribution will take place from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., so come prepared to trick-or-treat through the stores and restaurants. (Be sure to bring a bag or bucket for a candy-filled night of Halloween fun!)
At 5 p.m., don't miss the Pet and Book Character Parade, where pets and book lovers alike can dress up and join the fun. Pets can also register for the character raffle if they are dressed like a book character and have a book with them! Right after, at 5:15 p.m., the Pet Contest will begin, showcasing the best-dressed furry friends. Scholar and Scribe will also join the parade to celebrate storytelling as part of the Fall/Halloween festivities. Costume contests will follow throughout the evening, with different age categories: ages 0-5 at 5:30 p.m., ages 6-11 at 6 p.m., ages 12-18 at 6:30 p.m., and ages 19+ at 7 p.m. Contests are limited to the first 30 registrants.
At 6 p.m., Nourish + Bloom will be hosting a Jigsaw Escape Room, adding even more excitement to the evening.
The fun through most of the town wraps up at 7:30 p.m. but Enzo will keep the party going until 11:30 p.m. They will have candy, hair-raising music, and bone-chilling food and cocktail specials.
