This 15,000 square foot, sound stage is a multi-use facility for events, small scale filming, and community gatherings. It’s the ideal structure for a community dedicated to stimulating imaginations and sharing great content.
Central Plaza
Located steps away from the restaurants and shops, the town’s large, outdoor screen invites residents and visitors to catch the big game or a family-friendly flick.
Shipyard
Made of twenty-four shipping containers, this 10,000 square foot space can be used for various events and gatherings in the Town.
Lake
Residents and visitors love to walk, run and cycle around the lake at Trilith. Expect to see uncommon vegetation and wildlife, and we've also been known to host movie and television productions in and around this stunning body of water.
Art & Sculptures
You’ll find artistic flourishes throughout the community, from stone structures to distinctive metalwork. Stay tuned for the next piece from our artist in residence!
Playground
Located in Central Park is an imaginative playscape with areas to climb, swing and play.
Green Space
Every home in Trilith is adjacent to a beautifully landscaped park or pocket park, with amenities ranging from inspiring art to tennis and basketball courts.
Pergola
This new structure by the lake at Trilith was commissioned to two brothers from Alabama who specialize in vintage lumber and reclaimed materials. The base and sub frame is 100 year old steel from the same time period as the brick on the Trilith 210 office building. The flooring is cedar, and the roof is cedar and copper. The mix of materials is part of what makes it special. It serves a functional purpose, yet is also a piece of art.
Solea Pool
Available to homeowners, this resort-style pool is a signature architectural wonder in the community. A space perfect for gatherings ranging from in-pool movie screenings to resident parties.
Dog Park
Available to homeowners, the dog park for residents and their four-legged companions is designed with separate gated entrances for big and small dogs. Tunnels, water features, and hills are part of this imaginative pooch.
The Courts
Available to homeowners, residence at Trilith enjoy dual tennis courts, a basketball court, and a ping pong court located within Central Park.

5k Holiday Hustle
The inaugural 5K Holiday Hustle will be held on Saturday December 14, 2024 at the Town at Trilith. The race will be a vibrant and festive event aimed at bringing the community together for a great cause. This event promises a unique and exciting way to kick off the holiday season, all while supporting Piedmont Cancer Wellness.
Who Can Participate: The event is open to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Runners, walkers, and holiday enthusiasts are all welcome.
Holiday Costumes: Participants are encouraged to dress in festive holiday attire, adding to the joyous atmosphere.
Post-Race Celebrations: After the 5K, there will be a celebration featuring music and activities suitable for all ages, ensuring fun for the entire family.
Health & Wellness Vendor Market: Explore and Shop! Maybe find the prefect Christmas present for the health guru in your family.
Charitable Cause: By participating in the inaugural 5K Holiday Hustle, individuals not only engage in a healthy and festive activity but also contribute to a meaningful cause, supporting the ongoing efforts of Piedmont Cancer Wellness to improve the lives of those affected by cancer.

Light Up Trilith
Join us on November 23, 2024, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Town at Trilith for a magical evening of holiday celebration at the Light Up Trilith event. The festive atmosphere will feature food trucks, live music, and plenty of family-friendly activities for all ages. Make a night of it and add a reservation for dinner before or after the celebration for one of Trilith’s delicious restaurants.
Santa’s Workshop will be open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., offering opportunities to meet Santa, enjoy train rides, write letters to Santa, and participate in bracelet making, ornament painting, face painting, and balloon twisting. For the little ones, gingerbread bounce houses will be available from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Also from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., enjoy a live performance by Studio 27, followed by an exciting performance by The Joe Gransden Big Band and a festive tree lighting ceremony from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Don’t forget to snap a photo with the vintage VW Bus from Roll with Juniper! 180 Pure Home will be offering holiday Jellycat items for purchase. This is the perfect event to get into the holiday spirit, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.
Parking, available on site, and admission are free. Dress for the weather.
